- Insurance issuance has not been finalized.

Vehicle Booking Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the purchase process.
Before Vehicle Allocation
If a cancellation request is made before vehicle allocation, the booking amount may be refunded after applicable administrative deductions, if any.
After Vehicle Allocation
Once a specific vehicle has been allocated to the customer, cancellation charges may apply based on dealership policies and expenses already incurred.
After Registration
Once vehicle registration has been completed with the relevant transport authority:
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Registration fees, taxes, and government charges are generally non-refundable.
After Vehicle Delivery
After delivery of the motorcycle, cancellations and refunds are generally not permitted.
Service Appointment Cancellation
Customers may cancel or reschedule service appointments without charges by informing the dealership in advance.

Service Payment Refunds
Refunds for completed service work are generally not available.
